About this event

This program will take place indoors at the West New Brighton Library. Join our children’s staff for an eye-catching, tactile art program. Grab one of our templates or create your own scene then use tissue paper, pipe cleaners, feathers, and other supplies to make your art pop off the page. Perfect for preschool or school age children. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Parent participation is encouraged. Due to time constraints, late arrivals may not be fully accommodated.
