Summer Kick-Off: Flor Bromley: Color Your World
Bloomingdale Library
About this event
This program will be in person at Bloomingdale Library. This is a new interactive, multicultural musical experience led by Latin GRAMMY® nominated artist Flor Bromley, celebrating diversity through rhythm, language, and movement. Inspired by the “Color Your World” summer reading theme, this high-energy program takes children and families on a global journey through music, exploring how different cultures use sound and color to express emotions and stories. This joyful and engaging experience will leave everyone inspired to color their world with sound! For all ages. Please note: There is a limit of 15 children with the parents/caregivers for this event. Tickets are required and will be distributed at 3PM the day of the program. First come first served. For larger groups such as daycares, please call ahead so we can assess if we have space. Presented by Flor Bromley Major support provided by the New York Life Foundation, the 2025 city-wide sponsor for the Summer Reading and Learning Programs. Additional support is provided by Jane Lauder; The Rona Jaffe Foundation; New York Yankees Foundation; Montblanc; anonymous donors; and the continuing major support of the Andreas C.
